Service Description
Johnon's Sausage Shoppe is a WI State Inspected facility processing beef, hogs, and lambs. Steer processing forms can be found in the "Processing" Section of the website (https://www.johnsonssausage.com/processing). All beef will be cut according to custom instructions, cuts will be vacuum packed, and ground beef packed in 1, 1.5, 2, or 2.5 tubes.
