Custom Hog Processing

After the hog is harvested and cooled, it is then processed according to the customer’s specifications. All the cuts and smoking products are then vacuum packed to preserve freshness for a minimum of 5 years. The trimmings that remain will be deboned and put into sausage products. The hog is then placed into a sharp freezer until pickup.
